Sittin’ and Sippin’ with Mike and Brev

Last episode of the year 2023... Special shouts to everyone supporting us far and away! To all the guests that appeared... we appreciate you more than you know. Thanks to US for being bad ass dads and sweet podcasters. We can't wait to perfect our craft even more, and by craft we mean deleting beers on the podcast. Time to cheers some beers!

Brev started this episode off on the struggle bus and we aren't sure if he ever got off it.  It doesn't help having three 7.5 ABV Lagunitas A Lil Sumpin Sumpin during the hour episode.  The boys make a pact to bring back a band from the dead since we were so successful in doing so with Creed. Brev thought Papa Roach is back but according to Mike they never left. We go ahead and recap the last couple weeks in our lives and talk about the future ahead. We answer the ever so important question of "How many owls, is too many owls"...

Blue Collar Boxing legend Andy returns to the pod this week as we break down fight night! He brought along some Bottle Rocket Blonde beer which we all enjoyed! We had a deep dive discussion into what is a Christmas movie and what isn’t. Tis the season. Cheers

Episode 44 brings the boys another Kinkaider Brewing beer with the Snow Beast making an appearance! This easy drinking beer is the perfect winter time sipper as we approach the holidays! Mike introduces some toilet talk (like always on this pod) and we re visit the gas station employee pet peeves that we both have. Brev shares an absolutely embarrassing and disgusting story about his high school days. He's a different person now... we promise. Please forgive his stupidity haha. Thanksgiving has come and gone and the boys dive right into that Christmas cheer by having some Its a Beaut from Brewdog! 7.5 ABV and a holiday stout had everyone feeling fine during this episode! We do a little turkey day review and then move on to some Christmas topics! Any guesses on the present Brev got Mike for next weeks episode?? its the holiday season... Cheers!

This week we review local Pint 9 brewing and dive into the delicious NESPA Cloud Jumper! Both of us give it a high 5s score and highly recommend! Thanksgiving is here and we both agree gravy is it’s own food group as we break down all the foods! Mike drops some disturbing hamster knowledge and GBR… fuck Iowa! Cheers!

A local Nebraska brew makes its way to the pod, hailing from Seward, Nebraska and clocking in with a mid 5 score from the boys! Try saying Wicked Spark in anything other that a Boston accent... you can't. This episode we talk about how bad Nebraska is at football and the only womens sport that matters is volleyball. We play a little F M K holiday edition to get us in the spirit and do a little Disney recap with Brev being back for a couple weeks and the hang over has finally worn off.
